Public Association
A public association is a voluntary association of individuals and/or legal entities under private law for the exercise and protection of rights and freedoms, satisfaction of public, in particular economic, social, cultural, environmental, and other interests.
According to the organizational and legal form, a public association is formed as a public organization or a public union. A public organization is a public association whose founders and members (participants) are natural persons.
A public association can carry out activities with or without the status of a legal entity. A public association with the status of a legal entity is a non-entrepreneurial society, the main purpose of which is not to make a profit.

Nature reserve fund
Nature reserve fund of Ukraine – areas of land and water space, natural complexes and objects that have a special environmental, scientific, aesthetic, recreational and other value and are allocated for the purpose of preserving the natural diversity of landscapes, the gene pool of animal and plant life, maintaining the general ecological balance and provision of background monitoring of the natural environment.
It is under the state management of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine.

Rules of recreational fishing
The rules determine the conditions for recreational fishing (sport fishing and spearfishing), the use of fishing gear and methods of extraction (catch), the volume of extraction (catch) by weight and by piece, prohibited places and periods (periods) of bans on extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources, the minimum sizes and types of aquatic biological resources allowed for extraction (fishing), the conditions for holding sports events and/or sports competitions, which, in accordance with the rules of sports competitions, provide for the extraction (fishing) of aquatic biological resources (hereinafter referred to as official sports events), and the conditions for the use of vessels amateur fishermen.
